eSteem app you can get for your phone. When you post and you see all the bar items at the bottom for editing, there is an upload/capture image option on the right. :)

Does it let you rotate in the app?

Just got home and fixed it by way of PC, will work out the next time I am on my phone and uploading, what can fix it. :)
Pretty sure you should be able to rotate the photo on your phone, just in the regular photo gallery tools. Then upload through eSteem like normal.
If only it would work on my phone...
Already tried rotating in gallery and uploading but a no go.

Must get this! I was wondering about app capability for Steemit...
