I just scanned through your blog Matt, looking for your Adelaide meet-up post so I could link it in my Brisbane meet-up post, and saw what you're doing. This is so cool. I love it. I will spam all the newbies to join TA once I'm back down in Brisbane and have time to think again.
When I have them all locked in I'll do an observations/ congratulations post and suggest they apply.
Saves you hitting them up one by one.
