#ULOG No. 28 My First Day of July

Hello everyone! It’s the first day of July, which means we’re already in the second half of the year 2018. Time flies really fast.

It’s a graduation season for some schools including my university. A friend of mine also just graduated and she wanted to treat us. Yay! She invited me last Thursday for a small gathering and requested me to cook pansit. She brought the ingredients in our house this afternoon. I started preparing all the ingredients, and it takes so much time. It took me around two hours to prepare and cook the pansit.

Now, this is the finished product. This is it, pansit! I put it in the circular basket and put a little presentation to it.

I fixed myself up and went to our meeting place with the pansit. Hehe.

We had a great time and enjoyed the food, especially the pansit, it’s washed out. Hehe.

I went to the seashore after eating. The sand looks good.
