ULOG13: FRIDAY FUN..........

I am glad to returned to training this morning, it's over a month now that I have gone for break. But finally I returned back to my daily morning training.
I woke up very early this morning around 5:30am, I did my morning prayer. After that, I drank a cup of water, clean my rough face hahah😂 😂 , buckle up my boot and wearing my training kits then I began my 1000 miles jogging.

On my way I climbed some mountain on the road side and I did some excises.

So I am saying a big thanks to almighty God for this wonderful training. Now I am regaining my sreght now.
After the excuses,

I took my bath then I start preparing for office.

When I got to office, immediately I started arranging some work we did yesterday, then my manager called the driver to came and load the goods.

After all we have done for the day, there was a small flour in my office which we do play football and table tennis, so, I watch those guys that was playing ball.

When I watched ball tired, I move to table tennis department to play table tennis. So, played table tennis till the time we close in office.

After all the fun, I came home to rest before going to night prayer.
