Hmmm.... (sighs), Terry, I don't know how to start. The place of your pain is deep, very deep and I really am lost for words, the right words to inject you with, to erase this pain or perhaps deaden its sting, I don't have the right words of my own, to bring you enough succour at this moment in time.

Words are pretty weak.

But I weep with you, my heart is heavy and when I read your post, tears, streaming tears became inevitable. It was the desperate cry of a man who wouldn't want to loose this time, the only thing that mattered.

No to this one !

Who can feel such pain and not be broken inside ? Who can wade into misery and come forth unscathed? But who still loves despite the rain of pain? Terry !
But I also know that in your place of pain and despair, you can still harvest hope, you can still look beyond 'this', onto a ray of sunshine.

All would be well.

In moments of despair, we have got hope.

When pain is stifling , when agony is suffocating, and when breath is being cut off by grief, this is the time to supplicate more to the God of all the earth and re-light our hope.

For only heaven has the answers.

Dear Terry, it's tough, I mean really tough, but hang on to hope, that Daddy would be alright. THERE WOULD BE NO REPEAT EPISODE OF PAIN.
Believe still that, yes, all his dreams for you would be achieved with him looking on and patting you on the back. Believe still that you would both share dreams, purpose, aspirations . Believe still that you both would share laughter and fun, yes it will happen again. Are you not the son of your father? Do you not have the spirit that conquers all? Would you not pass through this phase unbroken, in one full piece? Yes you would!

My prayers and that of other steemians would flow and soak the doors of heaven till they are melted into an open door-way.

Have faith while doctors are at their work, talk to God more, do not despair, do not give in to melancholy.

Your place of pain will soon be your place of peace.

You will share your noble dreams once again with him, you will tell him of all your exploits on steemit and in the real world, you will speak to him about the love that flows from within, in fountains, the same that flowed through him.

A love that move mountains.

You will share jokes and riddles, he will cuddle many 'young Terry' and watch you fulfil his dream of nations in wonderful versions.

This particular man will be back home, his mind back in the right place and I will speak to the man that bore me like a son and we will see where we are at and we will share large smiles.

And even a drink or two.
Keep hope alive Terry, Dad will be fine.
