Ulog Doodle Contest Week 3 : "Tears"

Materials Used:
Bond paper
Black,red,blue ball pen.
Stabilo boss green and orange.
Scanner to capture the final piece because I don't have the clear camera.

(My camera is blurry on the picture I draw an Eye and an umbrella.)
