As a weekly exercise, I dive into the photos on my phone to see what I snapped pics of. Helps me remember neat moments in a busy week, recap some of the adventure, and remember strange moments that happen after a few beers.

Strap yourself in! Here's a little music for the ride.

Started the week off back to work after crazy weeks of sailing and camping. Good chat with a crypto enthusiast for whom I was installing the internet on the very edge of town. More ladders here https://steemit.com/blog/@zekepickleman/friday-is-ladder-time

Spent the traditional summer day at Canada's Wonderland with the family. We generally start the day finding a base camp and cooling off at the water section of the park. Then it is a day of following the kids around and going on that ever rides they wanna go on. I like the big roller coasters but the kids like the spinny rides and sometimes drag me on....

Then it was the midweek escape of the land for a little racing action on the Hanse 34. Skipper says it is like racing minivans but is is a great chance to get out and have some fun with brand new and grizzled old sailors.

The new sailors have to earn their way (and get old enough) to be able to have a beer so it is Sprite for them.

For me, it is a chance to pull ropes and try out some of the seasonal summer beers which tend to be a little lighter. Goose Island is a rather pedestrian brewery from Chicago originally and brewed/canned in Canada by Labatt http://www.labatt.com/?language=en which is in-turn owned by the biggest brewing conglomerate on the planet.
http://www.ab-inbev.com/ I didn't hate this beer. Kind of light and lemony but tasted like something which many lighter summer beers don't. Now that I have had it, probably wouldn't get it again unless I was in a strange corner without better beer.

Local back yard BBQ and jamfest with some family friends. Lots of good music and I got to sing a couple Tragically Hip http://www.thehip.com/ songs to rock up the set a little. They are one of Canada's best kept secrets and are from my home town and if any video surfaces of the performance, I will post it up. Good fun.

Saturday was so hazy that the sun looked like a pale light bulb hangin' from a wire. It wasn't too hot and there have been a number of wildfires that seem to be hazing up the afternoon sky when the wind is right. https://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/from-the-front-lines-progress-in-battle-against-ontario-wildfires-1.4055862

I paused this evening while mowing the lawn to enjoy the sunset in the hood.

Checking the garden, I have a little work to do as every leaf I turn over seems to have tomatoes under it. Even after filling the bucket earlier. I will have to do some harvesting and a blog update.

Too much veggies is a good thing and the cucumbers are starting to get pretty big but are nice and crunchy.

That about wraps it up. We should be getting back to work a little this week, sit on a couple patios and maybe sneak in on a regatta on the weekend if I have any wife points left.

What was the highlight of your week? Have any fun?

Nice shots - especially the panoramas. Looks like you had an eventful week.

Yah it wasn't bad. Seems to be to much more eventful in hindsight.

I always wonder about the panoramas. They get shrunk down to fit the screen and I am not sure how many people stop to right click and open them in another window to see the details.
