Plan for new techniques.
Do the result of planning.
Check if it is effective.
Act. If it is effective, implement consistently.If not, try second alternative. And do the same procedure.

There is always a change to those people who are thirsty for improvements and hungry for accomplishments. Give efforts to those you want to achieve. Nothing is impossible for a person who strives hard.

Make your failures become your motivation to do more and give the best of yours.
