ULOG: #5 🌮 VS 🍚 ?

Our breakfast for today is sausage with peppers!

You can either eat this with a tortilla to make a taco or eat this with rice. My two dorks is one good example that every kid is actually different from each other even if they came from the same family tree. My eldest loves rice! Well you can’t blame him, I’m asian I eat rice 3x a day! Lol
As to my youngest he is more into his dad’s side. Eating tacos, pizza, burgers, beans, macn cheese, pasta, etc. Sounds bad? Not really he doesn’t eat that much. He still drinks his milk and eats baby foods. So don’t worry 😉

Here’s how I cook the sausage by photo procedure:

These are the ingredients.

Saute the peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onions.

Add salt and pepper. Leave it for 5mins cooking.

Time to add the sausages, cook for 6mins

Add a little bit of water.

Add tomato sauce according to taste.

Let it cook for 10mins in medium heat.

Heat some tortillas.

Tadah your done!
