I used to love it when our kids asked for, "breakfast for dinner" - such an easy peasy meal! And by a very funny coincidence, we had friend egg sandwiches for breakfast this morning! Never thought of putting cucumbers in the sandwich - I'll have to give that a try some time. Hope you got some good rest while watching their Monopoly game! 😊 🤗
