#ULOG Day 12 : Easy and fast homemade burger!

Hello uloggers! Were craving for a burger so instead of buying in a food chain, we made our own burger. I'm not so fan of burger and if we go out to buy some I'm fine either it's from ordinary or extraordinary fast food or food chain. So now, I just wanna show you how I made our homemade burger in an easy and faster preparation.

So to begin with, here are my ingredients:

• 2 hamburger buns
• 2 or 3 ground lean beef patty (ready-made patty)
• 1 big tomato
• lettuce
• onion
• cheese
• barbeque sauce
• salt and pepper

How to prepare:

• Prepare your hot pan and lay your ground lean beef or patty. Adding oil is optional, but I prefer not to put some. Let it cook for about a few minutes depends on your choice, I prefer well done but my husband likes medium rare cook as usual. Add some salt and pepper. Once the other side is already cooked, turn it once then remove from the pan.

• Get your buns, lay down your patty and add the sliced tomato and onions. Add some cheese, barbecue sauce, and lettuce. You can also add some pickles but we don't have available pickles. You can heat your buns in a pan if you like. The choice is yours.

Voila! Our burger is done! Fast and easy to prepare!
