ULOG 01: You are enough!
“You are enough.”
What does this mean?
Hearing this line is complementing in our part as an individual. Being told enough relieves our emotional and mental stability. But we often misinterpreted this line. “You are enough” doesn’t mean you are branded by being “enough” for everything you’ve done in your life. It doesn’t mean meeting others standards or struggled long enough but it’s simply WHO YOU ARE. I'm not telling that being you means you're perfect because we know nobody is perfect. We are unique in every way.
