ULOG #21 - Coffee, Friendship And Walk In The Forest
How are you #uloggers? Yesterday, we all went downtown to drink coffee with my husband's cousin. She's a teacher in one of the public schools here. Rumi enjoys teaching in a primary school. She said that they are so innocent, pure and funny. It's tough but it's a fulfilling job.
Rumi knows Rimbie since he was a baby. Where did the time go? Rimbie is almost as big as her. This is so true, how I wish my son won't grow so fast. Oh well, we can't do much about it. He is growing and we are getting old lols. It was nice seeing each other again. After drinking coffee we had a walk in the park then we went to the market.
Afternoon Routine
After lunch, my husband chopped the firewood. In the afternoon our son and his friend asked us if we could walk in the forest and make a short round. They are really active, playing the whole day is not enough for them lols.
While we were walking in the forest, my son requested to take photos of him and Dani. Rimbie saw their photos from 5 years ago and he wanted to make a new one. They had so many memories together when they were small. I made a nice shot, then we said the next photo will be after 5 years again. They both laughed. I'm sure they treasure their friendship.
We also found a lot of "djankie" fruits along the way. Our snack:)
Night Time
For dinner, Mamo prepared rice with zucchini, homemade pickles in a jar and salad. Rimbie had a dancing show before he went to bed. He likes to make funny dance clips and edit them. We are his fans lols. He is just enjoying his summer vacation with grandma. We are thankful that Mamo is here with us. It's a blessing. How's your day?

Being with family and friends during summer vacation is so important, especially for kids. My older son surprised me the other day when he mentioned the fun we had at a certain park when he was only four years old! I was really surprised that he remembered every detail!
