ULOG #25: Ate Some Candies From Taiwan

Good evening! Today was a food tasting day with the candies from Taiwan! These were given by my friend Mhai when she went for a short vacation in Taiwan about two months ago. She gave it to me when we met last Friday.

Hmmm.. I can't read most of what's written on their wrappers but some have Japanese characters in them. Wait, I thought this were from Taiwan? Lol. Anyway, these are the candies that I liked.

No. 1

This candy has a crispy sugar-like coat and inside it is a soft biscuit. I like the crispy coat most! Hehe. This one is my most favorite. <3

No. 2

It's chocolate which tastes a little...roasted? Lol. I don't know how to explain but I like it. Goya tastes better though. Haha.

No. 3

Oh, the shape of this candy makes it quite intimidating to eat. This one I guess is made of red bean paste mixed with some chocolate? I like it, I can almost imagine Chowking's buchi while eating this one. Hehe!

The rest were just okay. I could've done a video while eating these candies but I'm camera shy, you know. I'm thinking if I should make a longer review of these candies on the other site. Let's see.

There's also a keychain with the map of Taiwan. It's so light, the keychain ring is probably heavier.

Lastly, she also gave me the aloe vera gel I ordered from her (which she ordered from her friend in South Korea.) I am yet to try this one now. I'll write a review of it after a week maybe.

So that's it for today! It's been raining all day and flood has returned again. Hopefully rain would already stop so flood won't become worse.
