ulog 0042: Capstone Project | DATA Gathering

Good day, my dear fellow @steemians! How are you today? I just want to share with you one of the important things in making the system project.

Data gathering is one of the hardest things to do with making a #project. As an adviser, it is my task to get accompany with my students to their clients in order to know exactly what the purpose of their studies. I can also give them the guidance of the overall process in the project implementation.

Capstone Project is one of the highlights of the course of all the students taking a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology(BSIT). It is considered as their THESIS which means that all the knowledge and major subjects they learned from the first year until their ON-The-Job Training (OJT) will best implemented.

It is good to have an Product Owner in order to look after the design and system implementation.

The hardship in reaching to our very valuable clients is worth to wait.

Some hindrances that makes everything a success:

• Two GRAB CAR canceled since they were trapped by the traffic;

• the delay of permission letters due to some changes;

• the delay of the one member due to the traffic;

• the heavy rains during the time of our travel; and;

• looking for the one who sign of the permission letter which takes us almost 30 minutes to find him.

Right after our thorough interview, the group decided to create a brainstorming, designing the flow, Entity-Relationships diagram and other key ingredients in the system.

We thank God, for the positive response and relative information they have shared which is very significant in the data gathering. The Director of said organization are very #happy and glad that we have planned to enhance and improve some of the #data in the existing system that would lead them to have accurate and real-time result from the information that they need.
