Ulog: Art against depression. It Helps - My experience.
If you are following me, you must know that I am not a professional artist, I just do it because I like it, because it helps me. I don't even think I am good at it. AT ALL.
Painting, drawing and sketching is a way to de-stress myself, everytime I paint something it is because I feel emotionally bad. Lately I have been really out of the place and not feeling quite like myself. So I've been painting and trying new things. It is not quite like depression but it maybe be a little bit close to that. You must know that I'm not into medication or anything but art.
It surely has helped me a lot, if you for some reason are feeling quite like that I'd totally recommend you try to paint something, you don't have to be good at it, just try and see. It could help or it could not, but trying it's worth something.

Your are is beautiful and you are so creative. Painting and drawing always helped me too when I needed down time from the daily grind.
