The Chicha is a Venezuelan tradition drink that we can prepare with rice, spaghetti, corn, pineapple, etc. It is creamy, very nutritious and we can take it at any time of the day and if we add condensed milk, its flavor stands out much more.
Its preparation is quite simple and few ingredients are needed.
We need:
100 g of spaghetti
80 g of milk powder
3/4 cup of sugar
700 ml of water
1 spoon of vanilla
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
We start by placing a pot with water on the stove, when the water is boiling add the spaghetti and we stir so that it does not stick. Let it cook a little more than normal to soften, strain the spaghetti and let it cool.
Once the spaghetti is cold, place it in the blender, add water and liquefy.
Note: if you like chicha very thick, add less water.
While it is liquefying, we add milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon little by little.
Serve in a glass with ice and add cinnamon, if you like, add condensed milk and rain of colors, chocolate or cereals.
