Continuing with the low calorie diet, I present this delicious and nutritious menu, very easy to make, with which you will feel satisfied

** Chicken Sauteed with Vegetables **

  • Ingredients of Sautéed Chicken: *

Chicken breast
Onion
Sweet pepper
Cebollin
Berengena
Carrot
Garlic
Salt to taste
1 and 1/2 cups of water

Preparation
Place a Teflon pan to heat and place the breast fillet in medallions we put salt to taste, then place it to be sealed on both sides and proceed to make a smoothie with water, onion, sweet pepper, chives, Aubergine and garlic, cut the carrot into slices and add it together with the smoothie to the previous preparation and leave it for about 10 minutes to catch cooking.
