Burrito and Chinese Egg Pancake

For our Chinese learners, if we look for these 3 words in the dictionary one by one, it just shows the same answer: 墨西哥玉米饼. Today I was impelled by a great food video about Big Mac Burrito
to seek the difference between them. (Oh, the Big Mac Burrito in the video looks so yummy!) It seems I have gotten a lot of harvest; they are all from Spanish, or at least related to Spanish. I guess it is because Mexico has ever been a former Spanish colony.
To be frank, I feel burrito is similar to Chinese egg pancake, or we just say egg pancake is burrito's Chinese version. Maybe it is just the reason why egg pancake is purportedly rather popular in the west world. Below are some pictures of Chinese egg pancake/鸡蛋灌饼. I let you compare them by yourself! The key of Egg pancake is pouring a raw egg mixed with a pinch of salt into the pastry first and frying them together. As usual, we add fried sausage, vegetables, fermented soybeans and chilli pepper onto the pastry, then rolling them up tightly just like rolling a bedroll/burrito.

一直以来，我都属于吃货的那种。今天看了一个制作Big Mac Burrito的视频，看的那叫津津有味一个美！哦，好想吃巨无霸汉堡啊！不过，这Big Mac Burrito准确翻译起来，应该是巨无霸墨西哥玉米煎饼。这跟我们平日吃的巨无霸汉堡有些不同。而且，汉堡的英文名是 hamburger，不是burrito。
可一提起墨西哥玉米饼，我就犯迷糊了。据我所知，至少有三个关于墨西哥玉米饼的英文单词啊。好奇心的驱使下，我终于下定决心要把它们彻底搞清楚。于是，查阅了很多资料，现在迫不及待地要与大家分享了。
第一种墨西哥玉米饼叫做taco，中文音译为“塔可”。塔可是用油炸的松脆玉米饼片卷上蔬菜沙拉，肉粒等制成的。

第二种墨西哥玉米饼叫tortilla，借自西班牙语，就单纯指由玉米或面粉制成的薄饼或叫薄面包。可加肉，奶酪豆沙之类的加热吃，但也可不加。

第三种是墨西哥玉米煎饼burrito，就是那个巨无霸墨西哥玉米煎饼。因形似小驴驮的长方形铺盖卷而得名，burrito是西班牙语，来自burro小驴。又叫墨西哥肉馅饼。里面的馅料一般由碎牛肉，或碎鸡肉,米饭加奶酪等制成。从那个巨无霸视频上看，我以为和汉堡唯一的区别就是汉堡是圆形的，这个是长方形的。

taco用的是油炸过的tortilla饼皮，松脆；burrito用的是自然非油炸的tortilla饼皮，软和。
