中国的小伙伴们肯定要嘀咕了。西红柿🍅，绿菜椒，蘑菇，洋葱和菠菜没问题，都是我们熟悉的食材。可jalapeno pepper与pepper jack cheese到底是什么东东呢？别急，且听老师慢慢道来。
Menterey jack cheese is a very mild type of cheese.
蒙特利杰克奶酪是一种口味清淡的芝士奶酪。
Pepper jack cheese is a monterey jack that also has spicy chilli peppers in it. It has habanero peppers and jalapeno peppers.
而我们的"胡椒奶酪/辣杰克奶酪"其实是蒙特利杰克奶酪的一种。只不过它里面加了辣味的辣椒而已。一般有两种口味的辣味辣椒供选择。一种就是jalapeno pepper墨西哥辣椒。另一种是habanero pepper哈瓦那辣椒(古巴)。
Jalapeno peppers, the level of spiciness is much lower, but they are still a little spicy.
墨西哥辣椒辣味不浓，但还是有点儿辣。
Habanero peppers are the same level of spiciness of Thai peppers, but its flavor is much better.
哈瓦那辣椒的辣度和泰椒(泰国辣椒)差不多，但是口感更好。
