This carrot cake was rich, and moist with a whole lot and extra TLC.

The Lamington was not only a vanila cake inside but with a suprise of what tasted like caramel. The chocolate coating was TOO rich, almost over powering.
I have never tasted and complained of cake being too good, too rich, these guys must definitely be doing something amazing, extra and beyond. Which is great for the sweet toothies but one who is not might find it over powering.
Never the less, i have not tasted a better carrot cake.
