ULOG: Take Care Of Yourself and Pamper Yourself

Somethings you have no control over. The feelings of others and even your own feelings. You try to do something. Some do stress eating, some listen to music, watch movies, sleep, play online games.I do all of them. Sometimes they help.

But some days I pamper myself. Get a massage or even a simple manicure/pedicure does the trick. These past few days I am not myself. There are so many things I would like to do but I can't.

So today I decide a pamper then a shower and sleep, take a nap. I had a manicure/pedicure earlier. Now will shower after this and take a nap.

I hope these feelings will go away soon. I really don't know why but maybe because I am tired of people putting me down, berating me and more. I am trying to ignore but it is hard especially if it is family.

Also the weather does not help much. Hot and humid, then rainy and cold and back to hot. It can make you sick. Just praying for better weather and better relationships.
