Weather was not so good. It would be hot then cold, then rainy, kind of humid then sunny. Weird weather.
I get frustrated with all the mosquitoes now. That is the worse problem. I also don't know why there are so many flies? Some say it is because it is mango season and flies are attracted to it. I guess there will never be a weather where everything will be perfect.

So if following the rules on how to write a #ulog about my day, here goes.

I just realized I did not have a video call with my grandson today. Hmm maybe his mom is at work.
So this afternoon I had a manicure and pedicure. To pamper myself. I usually have a manicure/pedicure weekly. Sometime I also have a massage. At least 1-2 times a month.

Early evening around 5pm I went to my friend's house. She invited me to attend her husband's birthday even if he wasn't here. He is a seaman. I went alone and everything was fine, until I tried to step over the gate going in and my foot got caught. Good thing my companion Jay was with me. He just accompanied me. Oh it was my bad leg. I nearly tripped, good thing I had my cane and Jay helped me. That sure hurt like h***. At least I was able to sit and relax until eating time. It was an early dinner which was good. But when I arrived there, there were already 4 square tables playing mahjong. I know how to play but their stakes are high so I don't join.

Cute bottle of coke. One guest who was also my neighbor mentioned she won't stay long. I told her I won't either. So after we ate, we stayed for a few more minutes then we asked permission to go home. I was happy my friend sent some food for my mom and some bananas. So my mom had a good dinner too.

So now soon I will sleep. I will probably play a few games and chat a little in our GC. A simple day. Pampered myself and I also hurt myself hahaha.
