ULOG #006: Jogging coz i feel fat

Hello steemit friends. I want to share my ulog for today. I plan to jog because i feel fat already. I am going to abellana with my friend.

My Today’s playground is Abellana City Sports. This one’s going down my book because i had the oval all to myself, it is almost 2pm and i jogged for 2 rounds. Thank you coach Eldridge! Now time to eat halo-halo! Yay!!!

Little reminders for a healthy living. Eat clean 80/20 , Sweat everyday, Don’t use the scale often, Do this and you will be healthy. My coach told me that. Heheheh
