ULOG: day4; THE BENEFIT OF EXERCISE TO OUR BODY....I WISH Saturday CAN BE DOUBLED IN A WEEK.steemCreated with Sketch.

I woke up this morning, after a brief prayer, I brushed and wore my sports attire, straight to the field to grab a few hours of intensive football training, because it only happen once in a week, and that's Saturdays, so I need to sweat out some sugar, that has accumulated in my system over the week.

I did some run up around the field and minor jogging, to resurrect my tired body from sleep, to the task on ground.

Beautiful Saturday, I score two goals and assisted one, I succeeded in dribbling my opponent in couple of encounters.....and I made some terrible saving as a defender, although its just a tradition football, training for fitness;

But its important, we engage in exercise because its really giving a great edge, building my body and making me feel like a man.

Exercise, them says makes the body strong, after days of junks and snacks, wash it down with some liquid sugar called mineral eg coke, fanta and sprite etc.

It doesn't end there, mostly all daily consumptions are carbohydrates class of food, which end product is sugar.
From Monday to Friday we keep the circle like that; no wonder some of us suffer from joint pains, frequent sickness, but if we can engage our body into exercise and be committed, even if it's once a week, it will really set your body free from some fatigues and bone marrow pains......great freedom comes of the body comes from it.

THERE ARE MANY KIND OF EXERCISE, YOU CAN ENGAGE YOURSELF IN;

Not necessarily football that one can found interesting, there is various avenue for you to enhance your body fitness eg;

1* GYM

2* MORNING WALK

3* JOGGING

4* SKIPPING

You mustn't be good at any of them, just join the one you have more interest in.

Let me give you guys, a little narration of how I felt after my first day of my training, it was very awkward feelings, because I couldn't rise my hands and legs up, I was feeling serious pains, and feverish, but all those pains were an herald to a better body structure, I felt more healthy and stronger.

I eagerly wait for Saturdays, I can't afford to miss any chance of shaking off weakness, and sweating out sugars in my body.

Found a place to make your stronger, by exercise.

2* Fights weakness and make you strong

3* Keep you heathy

4* Keeps your body at alert.
