ULOG: Day 33 Making A Healthy Lunch

It a good morning Tuesday!May God bless everyone.

Last night was the late lunch of my employer.Because it's summer vacation here ,they turned the day to night and nigh the day.So what I meant they slept for a whole day while waking up after the sunset.Then my prepared food for lunch was eaten last night.
I finished fixing and cleaning the kitchen at almost 1 a.m that is why I never write anything,so much sleepy and thank you Lord I slept good and woke up with a great feelings to grind kick and steem.

I cared for our food,the food of my employer.O made it sure everything is clean that could not harm them.

Long before they were not aware of what is healthy food.I taught them most especially when my lady boss was diagnosed of stage 4 breast cancer.So I told them awareness on food intake.

I just use small amount of salt to taste lemon and olive oil.This for the salad.

I gave them mango and banana,all from Philippines.And also the papaya is just from here.

I saw the label from Philippines too.Anyway there are so many mango tree here but not so good like our own mango.

A sweet papaya like honey

They didn't like eating fruits before but now they are already aware with the health benefits.

The mean food for lunch is here

I cooked Kabsa,a native Arabic menu using meat or chicken with so many herbs to mixed it together with rice itself in cooking.
This is chicken Kabsa.I used native chicken

When eating this kind of food,this will be eaten with cooked spinach with garlic.


Then with my home-made hot sauce that made my boss shout out when I forgot to put it with their lunch.

Fish is must every lunch.

This is from fresh cow's milk

I never let them drink with softdrinks instead of this healthy fresh from the cow's milk.

I wanted to have the picture on it while it was ready on the floor but taking pictures with food infont of them is really prohibited most especially 5minute before their meal and post in social media.

*Reason why taking picture is really prohibited

"There are so many people around the globe who are hungry and what would they feel when they will see those foods?"
That is the words of my employer. I am so sorry I already took a picture one by one before I put it in on the floor.

Additional information:
Proper etiquette in taking food and drinks
1)They love to eat on the floor to the respect of the foods as great blessings
2)They must drink their water while sitting
