Ulog #10. My Field Work
In addition to being a teacher, I do my postgraduate studies in Environmental Geology, a discipline that is responsible for making the diagnosis of changes in the Earth's surface and the effects of natural processes originated in the planet by the activity of human beings.
One of the tasks that we do frequently in the course, visits to the field, because as we know, science is an experimental science that must regularly resort to the field to take data to demonstrate certain theories, understanding in some cases, what It has happened over the years and many times to raise future events.
The photos that can be seen in a visit to the Misoa formation located in Zulia State (Venezuela), where we were able to gather information about the strategic sequence of the area, how the surface has been modified due to the external and internal forces of the earth and how these processes have been responsible for giving that shape to the Venezuelan land relief and most important of all as this has impacted the Environment.
Undoubtedly, putting knowledge into practice is an experience to strengthen academic training and contribute to the comprehensive education of students.
I hope you liked it!
