Thinking in advance is what I am. I don't want to do things which later been doing like maybe tomorrow or maybe to the next day so, why not now?

So I decided to work on a DIY Christmas Tree.

Why? Why not buying on the store?

Not because I don't have money but because I want it to be memorable.

The Materials..

  • Twig or branch of a tree (jackfruit tree)
  • Cotton balls
  • Glue
  • Acrylic Paint
  • Empty container for the stand
  • Re-use garland if ever you have or recycled Christmas Decor
  • Paint brush
  • Peebles
  • White Sand
  • Golden tortoise
  • Bow tie

How to do it?

  1. Clean the twig and make sure there is no dust using the brush.
  2. Apply the Acrylic Paint on the twig until it covered all. Then set aside until it becomes dry.
  3. After drying put some glue and a cotton ball (it might be sticky so careful).
  4. Repeat it, until it will covered the twig by cotton balls.
  5. Get the empty container. Put the customized twig and pour on the pebbles to give support but (Make sure it would not fall down).
  6. Then pour on the white Sand.
  7. And put on the golden tortoise there.

So its time to decorate..

  1. Put the bow tie up on the top.
  2. Put the garland or any Christmas accessories you have

Now, you can have a Do-it-yourself Christmas Tree, truly polished and well-made. Reap what you sow and the fruit of your own labor.
