ULOG#28 : Zeph's Enjoying his 'Hotsilog'
Who doesn't love 'hotsilog'?
Hotsilog ( hotdog + sinangang+ itlog) , is a Filipino meal, usually for breakfast , of course everbody knows hotdog , then itlog is tagalog for egg , then sinangang is fried rice with garlic . So it's a combination of riceand two viands. It would be perfect as well if you pair hotsilog with coffee. Yum!
Zeph loves fried rice ,especially mom's fried rice. He would always request that for breakfast. But he loveit even more with his favorite hotdog and a sunny-side-up fried egg. And since he love to eat this kind of food, mom already taught him how to cook those . He knows how to cook hotdog and egg by himself ,but not the fried rice yet.
Last night , our aunt @avhyaceulip was so kind and sweet to grant Zeph's request to cook andmake *hotsilog for him. She has veen like her third mom ,well next to granny and our mom . Eversice he was little out aunt considered him her first baby . So even they have arguments at times, still she is a spoiled baby loves for our aunt. What else Zeph can ask for? Our aunt is her tutor and cook , LOL. Thanks Mami nang! We love you!

Fried rice? How is it prepared?
hello @bluemoon , you just need to sautee garlic depending if you want many , after it's almost golden brown just put in the left over rice , left over ruce preferred for fried rice than new cook, then mixed wirh sauteed garlic , add salt and other spices you want to taste , just mix it every 1 minute until the desired vooked level of frued rice you want
