#Ulog25 A 75years Old man working hard to earn a living / evening stroll down the neighborhood
Yeah, thank God its Friday. How has been your day and weekend so far though the weekend is just starting here in ilorin, kwara state. Less I forget thanks to @surpassinggoogle for his kind heart and for his support towards this #ulog for we the #ulogger . We really appreciate it a lot.
Here is my #ulog for today. I woke up at exactly 6:00am today, I went on my two knees after which I did my morning devotion alone in my room. I did 10minutes praise and worship songs, which I sang this song 🎶
" Thank you Jesus, thank you my Lord whatever I am now, it is by your grace many are that I'll, many are perishing, but whatever I am now, it is by your grace.
second song was this 🎶 . Baba iwo la o maa yin, baba iwo la o maa bo, iwo to fè wá la o maa sin titi, mimo lo go ola rè.
Meaning : Father you are the one I will forever praise.
- third song was this 🎶. Imole ayo.
Meaning You are the Light of the World.
After wish I prayed, the at exactly 9:00am I went to feed my animals.
So after I was done with my animals, I went to my work place, I am self employed so I went to my shop. Thereafter, I came back home around 5:00pm, although rain fell and brat me up while walking down home.
At exactly 6:30pm, I went for a evening strol there i saw a small grinding factory. I was so excited so i branched the grinding factory, there I was exposed to many things I don't even know before but I thought I knew them.
So the man's name was Mr Adeyemi Bayo from, Off a, kwara state. He base in ilorin. So I asked him for how many years has he been in this grinding business . My dear people on steemit. I was so shocked. He told me he has been in the grinding business for 30years. I was like hmmmmmmmmm..... You said what sir he said 30years.
- I threw another question to him which was sir, baba how old are you now. He said 75years old.

- I also asked this old man, what was the secret behind his activeness. He said God and also eating green vegetables with fruits, pineapple, oranges, watermelon and so on.
In conclusion :
What I saw this evening was awesome and I will explore us all to eat good food, fruits as well. Because this old man at 75years old shared his secret this evening which was the reason for his strong actively still looking more functional than most young men out there. Please it is good to consume fruits like pineapples, oranges, watermelon, cucumber and as well as Green vegetables.
