MOTHER'S CAREER AT HOME

Being a full time housewife is not a hindrance to make a career. In today's era, technology makes our life easier. It can speed up communications globally. I am a full time housewife and a mother of three kids. I can't apply for a job because of my responsibilities. But those responsibilities cannot stop me to become more productive and help my husband financially. I am an Online English Tutor for Japanese. The comfort of being at home while earning works on me. I need not to wake up early to prepare the needs of my kids before leaving for work. I will not get stuck in the traffic for two hours to get to work and for going back home as well. I also have the benefit of staying at home during rainy days, no boss, no time schedule to follow and most of all I don't need an approval for leave of absence when I want to have vacation with my family. I can simply say that I am the Boss.

I work for 5 hours a day just to make it equal on minimum rate per day to employees who work for 8 hours. Time scheduling is very flexible. I start working at 5am to 8am and 8pm to 10pm during weekdays. I don't open schedules on mid-day due to my responsibilities. My kids need to eat and go to school. The household chores are also waiting for me. That's what I like most.

Every mother has to manage everything. And most of them want everything to be in their right places. But if their time is not enough they might miss something. They might miss School's Family Day, School Meetings and most important is to keep track on their kids daily activities.

As a mother of these three wonderful blessings, I want to give them my full attention to make sure that they are on the right track. And with staying at home while working is really a big blessing for me. I can attend to their needs and have a job at the same time. So if I were to choose to have a career at a big company and have a position or have a job at home and be with my family. I will choose to be with my family. Anyway, at the end of the day the important thing is you have provided the needs of your family. It's not the position that matters but the things you do good to others and peace of mind.

And as a bonus, I can provide quality time with them.
