It seems to me, Basically all of these tip bots "wallets" are like exchanges where you send your coins to them and they hold them for you. So, you have gone from blockchaon to database. For small amounts that might be okay for some people.
Yes I totally agree with you.. this is okay for holding small amounts that can be used for tipping or rewards purposes. Nevertheless I have seen it works wonders in engagement might be something that worth looking at.
