What great news about the book! I had to rush over and buy it too. Yay, now I have some (non Steemit) weekend reading. I've read the first two paragraphs and want to beat Violet's family with a stick ;-)
Thanks so much - I really hope you enjoy it. It's a quirky read that comes together a bit like a massive jigsaw puzzle. Can't wait to hear what you think of it... and I know what you mean about Violet's family - I was grinding my teeth at them!
As it turned out, I've spent most of the weekend working :-(
But am looking forward to making the time to delve into it.
