ULOG #06 - Bake Eggs in Crispy Potato Cups for an easy all-in-one breakfast! ITS FOOD TIME!!!

Eggs in hash brown cups. This is my first time to bake this kind of food and it's for breakfast. I do not even eat rice at noon and even in the evening, only in the morning. A very simple and easy recipe for breakfast for the lovers of potato and egg. A fast and easy even your kids can do these.

First of all, I saw this on a Facebook video recipe and I was attracted to its simple tasty dish and I told myself, "I will do it and I can do it!" and my friend said, "do it now!"

I did 2 kinds of Baked Eggs in Potato Cups, the scrambled and a whole egg. Let's start and you can do it too.

Our Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 potato it depends on you
  • 6 egg
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs pulverized black pepper
  • 1/2 tbs sugar

Directions:

1 - There is 2 option, bake the potato for 45 minutes and allow to cool before shredding or direct grater after peeling.

Then pour the salt and the pulverized black pepper and stir it gradually using spoon or hands.


2 - Spray the 12 or 6-hole of muffin pans generously with cooking spray or use brush to spread the oil.

Take 3 to 4 scoop tablespoons of grated potato into each muffin hole. Then use your fingers to gently press down to the sides and bottom in each muffin hole to make a shape of birds nest.

Then bake for 450 degrees in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until becoming a golden brown.


When the hash brown cups are ready and starting to have crisp and nice edges, allow them to cool and crack the egg into each muffin hole and gradually sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake about15 minutes.


3 - And here is the finished product! Ready to serve and ready to eat when its cold.

Very easy to do that even your child can do it with your guide... Have fun and enjoy your breakfast!!!

Cool Sir. In your opinion what did you liked more the scrambled one or the whole egg? I don't have a clue on what it taste like.

I like the SCRAMBLE EGG!!! Hehehe... You will taste all inside of Crispy potato if you use SCRAMBLED egg...
