#ulog 08: Biking riding with my cousins!

Hello Steemians!

It's good to be back, doing ulog post. Last tuesday was really fun and adventure with my cousins. Riding a bike was really exhausted because we traveled at Ibabao agus, Marigondon, Cordova, Opon Lapu-lapu city, and going back to ibabao agus but, even though it was very tiring and exhausted its such a great adventure and we enjoy so much with our biking.

Biking is about as ideal as a cardio exercise gets. It provides a low-impact workout that also builds strong legs and improves heart health. ... If you want to bike outdoors but feel a bit unsteady, start with indoor cycling to help build some muscle strength to help stabilize you on a bike.

Health benefits of regular cycling
Cycling is mainly an aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature, which will improve your overall fitness level.

We stop at cordova,Cebu because we are very tired but after seeing the view and the atmostphere at cordova was make us chillin. So We take a little pictures of ours. In taking this pictures was very difficult. why? because there is no photographer to capture all of us. However, we managed to take a groupfie. We set a timer atleast 10sec. So Hell yeah!

@jomar07, biking is a very good exercise. It has a lot of physical, emotional and psychological benefits. It's good to do it often.
