ULOG ENTRY#48: Promoting SteemFitness for Healthier Lifestyle|| First day of Jogging👌😊

Hi Steemians! Good day to all of you !
It has been a while since the last time that I exercised. My job doesn't require me to go out and commute to work . I am a homebased online teacher so I am always at home and I don't have any chance to walk or exercise. I'm a lazy type of person . If I have a day off, I would rather stay at home or eat out . That sounds boring though but this time I realized that I needed to start exercising because I can feel a lot of back pains recently . I guess I have been sitting for a long time and I need to stretch my muscles out.

I asked my boyfriend to go jogging with me going to the down town area and gladly he agreed with me. We started jogging from our house going to downtown rotunda park . It took us 30 minutes or so . We are kinda slow because its my first to do jogging again after a long time so I guess I became very tired easily .

My boyfriend is used to jogging so I tried to catch up with him and luckily he is very kind enough to wait for me even though I am very slow and I keep on resting . He is such a good guy as always . He is caring towards me and he also encouraged me to keep on exercising or jog once in a week.

Honestly , I felt very tired but after our 1st jogging session I felt really good . I can stretch my whole body and my back pains is almost gone . It really helps me relax and I was ready for the next day's work . I am now motivated to continue jogging next time . Exercising is tough but if you are with someone you love . It can be much more easier.

Let's take care of our own health because they would always say health is wealth . We cannot afford to lose money for hospitalization and medications . If you can prevent it , you should do it earlier. It is never too late though. Be healthy.

Its really good and refreshing. I used to do it ones but stopped it when rainy season started. Now doing only indoor exercises.
