ULOG-QUOTES #2 -- "Breathe in. Breathe out. Relax. And let go of the things beyond your control."
In any situations that were dealing with, there will be moments wherein we are so eager to do everything and show our best just to get what we want, which is good, I must say. When we dream for something, we must act as well and hold on to that dream. For example in school, we wanted to excel and get high grades so there are times when we don't have enough sleep for coping up projects and school requirements. There are some cases too that even if we did our best, it isn't still enough and we can't help sometimes but to feel down. Its one of the reason why I came up with the quote below.
To get disappointed is a natural thing. I, myself gets disappointed too. But one thing I have learned in life is to not settle on our failures. You don't have to get drown on that single mistake. You must learn how to swim and move up. (Don't take it literally though hehe.) You have to get out of that drowning moment and live. Breathe, stay composed, be free and let go of the things that aren't doing right for you. Carpe Diem - seize the moment cause we only live once so you shouldn't stress yourself too much. If your the bread winner in the family well, I know its a bigger responsibility but that doesn't mean your not allowed to enjoy life, of course you can. Don't think too much. Take time to relax in the comfort of your own space. And as what I have said, let go of the things beyond your control and let Him; God to take over.
