ULOG #70: Sunny Morning, Rainy Afternoon

I kinda miss waking up in the morning when you don't hear raindrops on the roof. We've had enough amount of rainfall in over a month. It does not even made us adjust after the sickening flood which submerged our province.

This morning, the skies are not too gloomy, though it's cloudy, and there's no rain. It's even quite sunny in the morning. In fact, the intensity of heat is tiring, perhaps we got used to the colder temperature. At least it is more bearable than weeks of continuous rain.

In the afternoon, I went to Calasiao for deaf field service. When we're planning to go to our deaf students, rain fell hard that we even got a bit wet despite on our shelter. The winds are strong, and we need to open our umbrella as a shield from the rain getting in a big shed.

While going home, Dagupan City was badly flooded again. Large percentage of the city was still submerged, even parts of city proper.

The city has never been this way. We just had bad weather for more than a month, along with dam water releases, and high tide.

Everybody are just looking forward for the time when life will be back to normal in the entire province.
