MY ULOG #18 Ghent - Belgium a dream tourist destination!
Hello to all my dear community @Ulogs I want to share my days in the city of Ghent!
I still remember the days we spent planning our vacations were long hours we could live trying to decide where to go my husband and me! We took several weeks to search for favorite tourist destinations not only for its great landscapes, monuments, its history, customs and traditions, but for that feeling that we wanted to feel returning to that place, we wanted to experience that moment of hope we did not have to return so fast! and so much was our insistence on achieving it that we achieved it. So it was that among so many hours of planning we arrived at a beautiful place called Ghent Belgium.
A small city located in Belgium with large castles that tell stories, stories that maybe if we study them on a large scale would cause us great emotions, the buildings of this city are all of a Gothic architectural work something that really was among our favorite features to know because we love to know new cultures and different styles because nowadays we live in Latinoamarica where we do not count for the most part with this European style so old if it could be called in some colloquial way.

Our trip started at a train terminal with departure from Paris to Ghent where the adventure awaited us! We really took our suitcases full of many expectations to our destination, it took us a couple of hours to arrive, when we finally set foot on the ground we felt our hearts leaped with joy as we had arrived at our favorite tourist destination for that vacation, the first impression we had the site was surprising was a warm place, beautiful from any angle you saw it, the cold was unbearable we had to open our bags in the terminal and put double coat we could not resist so much, we immediately located a tourist guide and we could check in at the hotel we checked .
Everything in that place seemed perfect as if it came from a fairy tale, our first exit after taking a bath and resting a bit of the trip was to the center of Ghent, holding hands we decided to embark on the adventure of knowing that place from which we read and we saw so many photographs, it was our time to enjoy so much time that we invested in internal emotions.
Knowing the Castillo de los Condes was one of our dreams and it's a pleasure to be in a place that we could enjoy just before we met it through writings and photographs taken by visitors on Internet sites, where they told of their great experiences all their expectations and that so many were covered at the time of arrival, there we could realize that everything we read was totally true its great size, its interior artistic works, large ceilings covered with wood dating back many years ago and the best of all is that it is located in a very old river where its currents of water mark great moments.
And the old part of the place is preserved so much that its streets in the majority preserve that style of stone construction where you can still hear carriages that ride with horses that ride to the rhythm of their legs. It is so beautiful to be able to enjoy customs and traditions that they stay alive in this current century, when the afternoon comes a cold embrace that forces us to take refuge in a climate-controlled place to enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee that serves to activate the muscles after having felt so cold in the route, for it is a pleasure to point out a beautiful place called Ghent distillery Gruut
It is a very cozy and beautiful place where its lights and benches make you go back to the gothic Ghent style, where you can enjoy one of the best cafes in the area and for those fans of the brewery here they make the best in the city.
Without a doubt, having chosen Gantes as our tourist destination was one of the best decisions we could make, it is a place of dreams where everything that you see so much architectural works, as well as its gastronomy, its hard and cold climate, leaves you breathless. their handmade styles that speak for themselves, if you want to enjoy some unforgettable days, you can place this place as one of the first on your list I would like to be known not by words but by photographs and here I leave several, who speak for Yes, alone!
