Ulog - day 16 - What a splendid Summer!!!

Hi guys!!! What a summer we have !!! A few more days to go and its already half of our year, yet it is so hot
and humidity is so high resulting of different inconvience most especially here in our country.
Our people suffer many skin diseases some is hospitalized because of severe heat that can cause heat stroke and skin cancer.

So for us to be safe please always bring umbrella whenever you're going out, also bring shades to protect the eyes in exposing in to much sunlight put some lotion in your body to lessen the humid feeling
And lastly always drink a lot of water for you to be hydrated

Even though the weather seems to be awful
It is not a hindrance to see and do great things
Like blogging!!!! or any indoor activity to beat the heat of the summer


So guys please keep safe there are more ways to protect our selves and we must because it is God gift that should be taken seriously.
