#ULOG 620 - Daily Thoughts - 14 Feb 19 - Homesteading Today...
Good Morning, Steemians! :D
I got up to let one dog out and came back to find three more on my bed. :D Our beautiful grand-puppy Mya belly up and stretched out, her handsome brother Shadow and their dapper dad Dakota were happy to hog the bed, they all looked very comfortable too, at least to me. :D

Our pretty puppy mom Karma plopped right down to enjoy the sunshine while keeping cool in the fresh snow. :D She gets so excited when there’s fresh snow for her to snooze in. :D
The snow drifts in some parts of our yard were thigh to waist-deep on me, knee to thigh high on my handsome husband. :D This one is so high that the dogs can walk right over the fence of their area into the backyard and beyond if they wanted to be naughty, that’s almost a 4-foot tall snow drift, yikes. :D
It’s a beautiful day here, only -7 C temperature, blue sky with a bit of cloud here and there, and sunshine, woohoo, yes sunshine! :D That means everyone gets to play outside in the fresh air today, even the chickens, they should be happy about that. :D My favorite tree looked so pretty with the fresh snow on it and the blue sky behind it this morning. :D

There’s our pretty Princess and handsome boys Buddy and Joker enjoying their morning oats before slogging through the deep snow to get to the pasture. :D
Everyone made it safely to the pasture and enjoyed their breakfast hay. :D The herd was happy to stay outside, and we were happy to be able to clean the barn without them all in the way. :D

Our pretty puppy mom Karma decided she wanted to take another nap in the snow, but her lovely daughter Lady, and her handsome sons Tiny and Shadow kept trying to get her to play with them instead, after a bit they decided to just play by themselves though. :D

I tried to sneak a picture of our lovely grand-puppy Lady napping on the bed with her arms and legs in the air, but she opened one eye and caught me. :D She got most of them down before I got my picture, LOL. :D
My handsome husband tromping through the deep snow on our driveway to get up to his truck and start plowing with it while the backhoe warms up. :D
My handsome husband did a wonderful job clearing our driveway and made a nice path for us to walk down to the barn on, that means I shouldn’t end up with snow in my boot’s tomorrow morning. :D He’s almost done now, at least for today, we’re supposed to get more snow later, oh joy. :D
The clouds are stealing our sunshine, NOOOO! :D

Our pretty blue sky is turning grey, the snow is starting to fall again, that means its time to get the herd back up to the barn. :D
