#ULOG 455 - Daily Thoughts - 01 Sep 18 - Homesteading Today...

Good Morning, Steemians! :D

I can’t believe its already the start of a new month, this year is going by so fast. :D We started this new month off with sunshine, YAY! :D Hopefully that’s a sign of the wonderful weather we’ll have the rest of the month, I know that’s not likely, but a gal can dream, LOL. :D

Its going to be a nice quiet Saturday on the homestead, basically the barn chores, doing some laundry, going back and forth to the front door to let our handsome grand-puppies Shadow (1) and Tiny (4), their lovely sister Mya (2), their dapper dad Dakota (3) and our other dogs in and out dozens of times using a constantly changing rotation (because they don’t like to go out or come back in all at the same time, oh well it keeps us active, LOL) is my plan for the whole day, with watching some Netflix in between. :D

Netflix just loaded a new season of The Blacklist and I love that show. :D There are a lot of good shows on Netflix these days. :D

Look at that handsome grand-puppy of ours Shadow happily hogging our bed, cheeky boy. :D

Joel (1) and Billy (2) wanted to share a dish this morning, they spilled less than they normally do too, that was a nice surprise. :D I expected all their food to be on the floor instead of just a small amount because Joel is a very sloppy eater normally and Billy is a bit sloppy on occasion as well. :D

Billy (1) stopped eating so he could enjoy a cold beverage but Joel (2) didn’t stop until the dish was empty, thankfully Billy went back and got a good portion of the food, though I’m pretty sure Billy had a bit more than half. :D

Joker (1), Candy (2), Leroy (3), Belle (4), and Buddy (5) enjoying the beans my husband brought home for them this afternoon. :D

This little bird let me get halfway down the ramp to take its picture before it flew away. :D

Princess in another spot she wasn’t supposed to be this afternoon. :D I had to go move the wire, so she could rejoin the rest of the herd. :D

Candy (1) giving me her best “Hey, where’s my oats?” face, Princess (2) was very happy to be back with the herd. :D

Belle (1), Joker (2), and Leroy (3) coming to join Candy and Princess on the other side of the pond. :D
