ULOG: #5 Writing for Contests Is HardsteemCreated with Sketch.

in #ulog6 years ago

I was going to enter the @originalworks recent promotion contest, but I decided not to. On one had it would have been a great learning experience. However, the subject of the contest Buddy was very confusing for me to understand. I decided I did not think I would be able to write about it in a good way. Maybe I was wrong? I don't know. Either way, I might give future contents a try.

I have not done too much these past few days. Right now I probably spend more time contributing to @steemflagrewards and @steemcleaners than writing posts. I like helping groups like these out. Steemit is a great way to volunteer as a moderator. This is something I thought about doing in the past. I know Steemit being an open platform gives people the ability to post whatever they want, but that doesn't mean people should make extremely low effort comments and posts. I mean things like copy and pasting the same comment 20 times in a row or just copy and pasting other peoples work. I find it quite easy to flag such things. The fact that both of these groups give you some STEEM in return for confirmed submissions helps as well.

I am going to keep on posting stuff though. If anything I will write ulogs if I don't have an article to write. I don't have anything planned. I might give other writing contests a try as well.
