Ramadan 2018
Hi there guys! Ramadan is finished. So back to normal routine again. Somehow, I would like to share things that I have observed with the past Ramadan. Actually, it is not like before that everybody is holding feast daily and sharing of anything that you have to everyone. This month is the month of sharing and giving love to each other. But with comparison to the celebration of Ramadan from the previous years, this year is really different. You know, by this time, not all made it to celebrate. Not all was able to finish the fasting period. And not all was able to share or give love or anything that they have. Really, this Ramadan 2018 was the saddest Ramadan that I have ever experienced. As you see from the streets, young children are selling things to earn and some people just ignore them. Some people were hungry. And some people were full and of feast. Why just this month of Ramadan that we have to share to others? Why can't we do it even in just ordinary days? I was really sad from the bottom of my heart that this month is the only period that some people care for the other. I felt heavy. And why do we have beggars on the streets where we don't know about the reality of their lives? I mean some are really beggars and indigent. But some are truly rich and just using the street to earn lots of money without working or exerting any single effort. This is the reality that we should be aware of.
