My Ulog #5: Just our Ordinary Day...
At 5am this morning, we were hurrying up going to the market again. As usual, we need to be back home before our kids wake up, so we can avoid them crying out loud if they won't see us around. And yes we made it! We went home seeing them still sound asleep.😀
I was so happy I saw santol fruit in the market. After about a decade, I finally have eaten this fruit again. It's so sweet!
Bought puto cassava too... Yummy!
This afternoon, I taught my eldest daughter how to wash clothes manually. I told her, it's not all the time that we will be using a washing machine. She needs to learn these things because when her Papa is away, she will be the one to help me with the chores. And soon in her adult life, she will know why I'm doing this to her. By slowly teaching her these basic responsibilities, I know someday, she'll become a better person. I want her to grow up responsible and independent.
