ULOG #11 : BEADED WALLET and a MINIATURE VOLLEYBALL NET

Yesterday was #Needlework Monday but because I was so preoccupied, my post didnt make it. Sadly. 😡

BEADED WALLET

What keeps me busy today? Well, here I am again with my work..wallet. Yes, you read it right. A wallet again. For 3 consecutive weeks..needlework for me is all about wallets haha. Obviously, im really fond of wallets or coin purse of different kinds and forms. But aside from my two previous wallets that are crocheted, today is different, its a beaded one.

I used acrylic crystal rough beads in 6mm and a nylon string. Sadly, its only a plain one because as of this day, I only have one color. So no design for now. I made like this before but with larger beads. And of course larger holes with no lining. But the holes wouldn't be a problem based on my experience as I am using it for how many months now.

MINIATURE VOLLEYBALL NET

My niece, @bavon54 asked me a favor if I could crochet a small volleyball net for her project in school. She give me a mercerized yarn in shades of yellow. I used double pull to make it thick. The stitch is called a DIAMOND MESH.

So what do you think? Does it looks like a small volleyball net? Please feel free to post your comments. I would gladly appreciate it.
