#Ulogpost6: Our Homemade Rainy Version of Ramen Kimchi Noodles
It is still rainy today in our place and the gang were quite bit bored and cold. No one wanted to go to the restaurant to buy some food so I decided to make an ’extravagant meal’ out from the very simplest and recycled veges from our refrigerator. And the only items left were a pack of instant ramen kimchi noodle, three pieces pechay stick, two sibuyas dahonan, two eggs, one corn and a piece of pork thinly sliced. In that way, I decided to make our instant ramen noodle a more exciting one to eat.
So, taraaaaaannnnnnn! I combined all of them!
Yeaah! Seriously!
and the taste was......
REMARKABLE!
The Recipe
The recipe is that I just added all of it!
hahahah!! Joke!
Well yeah! Almost.
Boiled two cups of water then added the corn and the pork. Simmered the two ingredients for a couple of minutes until the corn is well done same with the pork, I then poured the small pack of kimchi noodle seasoning and after two minutes I eventually put the noodles. After 3 minutes I then put the veges and two eggs. And that's it! Our homemade kimchi ramen noodles from scratch.
