ULOG: a hard decision

Hi again it seems i stop for at least one week here in steemit, i have suffer a very hard decision in my life, our company has been terminated in a site this last August 31, 2018 amd yet the incoming IFM was asking us for absorbtion, it was hard for me because i almost rendering my services for almost how many years.

One of my colleague didn't accept the offer his reason was all about the salary offered to him, but i think it was a very hard decision and for me it was a wrong decision,

He accept the another offer to him far where he lives from. He never think about how hard to commute and for me it was the same.

If you are too young and have a new experiences in life especially having a new experience in work dont choose a high salary, basic salary was enough if it was based on your experiences, choose the compatibility on your workplace , having a happiness while working is enough , you will produce a good and quality services if you are happy on what you are doing, if you are happy working and having a stress free workplace.

Always remember 'You are not their to be loved by your colleagues , you are their to work and cater the services and give full reponsibility to your company'
Ignore other if they are making issue,
Ignore other if they are throwing issue about you.
Just do your job, you are their to work not to make friends.
By working with happiness you will gain friends and it will start to build a strong friendship...
