Ulog 23: Poster Making Contest

Today, I spearheaded a poster making contest with Grade 9 students. This is in line with the celebration of the nutrition month 2018 with the theme: Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon ay Aanihin.

Flow of the Contest:

• Registration
• Reading of the Mechanics
• Poster Making

There were eleven selected students who joined the contest. They represented their respective chosen TLE major such as ICT-Computer Hardware Servicing, ICT- Technical Drafting, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Tourism, Cookery, Horticulture, Housekeeping, and Beauty Care.

For this year, I didn’t invite someone to judge their posters. Instead, the winners will be chosen by the help of Facebook and its users given the criteria of judging. The voting cut off will be on July 20, Friday, 12 noon. You can see the post here

We brought it to the social media because we want to spread awareness to other people about the importance of proper nutrition as well as planting vegetables and fruits. Also, we want to maximize the use of facebook by the students.
