#ulog DAY 1; ACHIEVING MY DESIRED WEIGHT

Hello Everyone.....happy morning to all! Yesterday i was supposed to make my first #ulog but sad to say i woke up late in the morning. And yesterday night i set my alarm clock at 5:30 in the morning and then i succesfully did it.

After i gave birth to my youngest child, i notice that as months passes by my weight becomes heavier and heavier. So i decided to do jogging early in the morning to loosen my weight. Everytime my weight increases my blood pressure also becomes higher. And i become lazy to do the household chores. Do jogging early in the morning is the best exercise ever....

While i do jogging, i see my uncle camilo helping his goat to find some grass to eat.

After 2 hours of jogging i stop, it is very tiring because this is my first jog for the past one and a half years.... I promise to myself that inorder to achieve my desire weight.....continue jogging every early in the morning..... sweats are falling... thats all for today. God bless us all!
